First time reporting. Fished near the 522 bridge between 0800-1100. Started fishing with a black BlueFox spinner #4. No luck other than catching a smallish trout... I then switched to a DickNite gold/nickel #2 with a 5 feet of UG 8lbs leader. Within a couple of casts, caught my first salmon. It was a real "humpy" buck. Took a quick picture of him and released him right away. Minutes later caught my second one. A hen. Decided to keep her. I went down stream about 100'' but kept using the same DickNite. Minutes into it, I caught a buck. This one was not as humpy. I decided to keep him. Saw lots of pinks jumping around but most of them seemed rather greenish... I guess pink fever is approaching its tail-end? Looking forward to catch some cohos soon. Tight lines!

Awesome Humpy! I'm still pretty green to fishing river's for salmon but have been having some luck with the DickNite spoons as well. 50/50 and pearl with glitter have landed me some pinks. Got a coho on with a wee "0" and it ripped the hook off the spoon. Going to use #1s from now on.
