went down to the becu hole this morning at low tide. no rolls 5 fisherman, 1 fly fisherman, nothing. left an hour later to the 112th bridge, walked down, cross to the rock barge. a lot fish jumping and rolling. 20 fisherman all around, 6 on the rocks, the others in the muck and along the ridges. heard one guy on the ridge caught a 4 pounder. no one else was catching anything. tide was coming in. Didnt think i needed my waders when i walked in. come 9:00am I decided i should leave or ill be treading in water. I forgot that there was a large dip where i had to cross to get to the barge. So i ended up treading in knee deep oily rainbow colored water. the good thing was, the river wasn't super cold. This year sucks for me, suppose to rain tomorrow. Maybe Ill hit the puyallup....
