8/31/2012 11:35:00 AMi took one home and lost 3 yesterday. you are right, it was really bad with people not doing what they are supposed to. the one that really bothers me though are those who do not speak/read english as they were using oversized barbed hooks!!!!!
i am all for everyone having chance to fish, but play by the rules!
the russian drug in the biggest fish i saw all day and was using what i guessed to be a 2/0 or larger barbed hook. violates both the anti-snagging rule and also barbless hook rule. tried telling him he was illegal and he didnt care. really pisses me off!

9/3/2012 4:59:00 PMA 2/0 hook can be compliant with the anti-snagging rule. I just checked one and it was less than 3/4" from point to shank. Just sayin' to clarify.
