I've been river fishing for about 8 years now and every good angler I know adjusts their gear and the length of their leader to suit the conditions and the fish being pursued. 8/15/2012 4:33:00 PMJust yarn and hook? I'm not insinuating any kind of inappropriate fishing methods, I just have never tried using just yarn (always throw on a corky or yarnie at least). But if that was what in fact you were using, I will definitely give it a try next time I go down there. Thanks for the report!
