Got to the river down from FM on levee road side around 5:45 AM. Me a 3 other guys. Still dark. Two of the guys(teens) starting fishing right away in the pitch black. Me and the other guy waited till about 6:05-6:10 to start fishing. Caught a pink about 20 minutes later. Then nothing for like an hour and a half or two.. It was really really slow. Not very many people there at all. Didnt get busy till around 8. Bite seemed to pick up right around then. Caught 4 other pinks and 2 silvers. 1 silver was only about 15". Hooked into about 8 or 9 other fish all got off. Either foul hooked a fish or had a king on because it shot right back down river and then into all the people and it was gone. I only have 10lb test on cause i havent really been expecting to catch anything that needs anything stronger. Looks like I'll be changing my line before I go out next time. Oh and didnt seem to matter what color corky as long as it was bright. Yarn was all pink. Left just after 11 when fish broke my line. A lot slower than weeks past but still a fun day.

Did see 2 other Kings caught that were decent size and one was still pretty silver.

And for the people that smoke, It would be nice if you either asked people around you if it would bother them or go back to the bank and do it. Especially if your smoking weed.
