8/27/2011 8:54:00 PMWith sunrise always on the move, I highly doubt that 20 minutes will land me a fine. getting to the river early is nice, not worrying about any other lines in the water makes fishing more enjoyable. The fishing gets much hotter after the sun hits the river. I have fished the puyallup all week, 20 fish in the freezer, and have noticed that the river gets hottest just after sunrise.
