I took my grandson down to the hole on 116th. He really wants to catch a salmon but doesn't have much patience so if the fish aren't there yet, he gets bored soon.
The fish weren't there, yet.
Talked to a few others and no one has had any luck that high yet.
Heard of one caught near Alderton.

The river is high up there but not near as bad as it is below the White. Color is blue gray instead of brown and visibility is better.
Going to be hitting it as often as I can so I'll be there when they are.

Thank you for the report. Most the time if I fish the Puyallup that is where I go.

Thanks for the Puyallup report. There's alot of eyes and ears on the Puyallup right now. This year is suppose to be a gang buster pink run. And when they're in, believe me, your grandson won't be bored. And kudos to you for being a great grandpa!
