OK guys, this post is about a trip to the POR on June 25 but I have another purpose. I fished the POR with a fellow washington lakes member and we released 9 pike and lost MANY others. We found them in a couple of diffrent sloughs but they were consistantly in 1 to 3 feet of water. Scott also released a nice 5lb+ largemouth. Now the real purpose of this post. I know there is a spot on the website for open seats in your boat but I don't know where to find it. I am going to fish the PO river this saturday the 9th. Everyone on my normal list of fishing friends is unable to attend, so I have an open seat in my boat. I am looking for someone that is willing to share the fuel expenses and wants to have a fun day on the water catching pike. I live at the Washington Idaho state line near I-90. I plan to leave my house at 3am. That puts me at the Cusick launch at 4:30am. With the no wake still in effect, that gives time to get to the first fishing spot in decent time. If you live near me you can ride with me. If you live out of the way, you can meet me at the launch. This is a first come first serve basis. If you are interested in going, call me after 7:30 am Friday the 8th at 509-742-0350 to make arranagements. Don't just show up at the launch expecting to go, with out calling me first. I don't mind fishing alone but with the river running high it's nice to have some help launching the boat. I will check this post and my email for replies as well. Weather report looks good for the day. Happy Fishing
