Lake Roosevelt is now found under the Columbia River section, When you open the report form there is a drop down window listing the sections of the Columbia from the Pacific Ocean to Canada. For Lake Roosevelt, you can choose the sound end to the Spokane confluence, the Spokane confluence to the north end, or the Upper Columbia to the Canadian border. When reporting, I still provide detailed info about my location within the section I'm reporting about. Again, thanks for contributing!
