12/7/2010 12:51:00 PMOK, You see the part where it says "Please refer to the current Fishing in Washington Sport Fishing Rules Pamphlet." because there is NO EMERGENCY RULES in effect. The Carbon is CLOSED TO SALMON FISHING as of December 1st.
