Ok this report is a little late but better then never. I acctually fished three days starting on sunday and tuesday being the last. I was fishing a number of differnet holes on the river between carlton and twisp. The days i was fishing it was very cold in the morning( 20-25). Each day i fished in the morning for a couple of hours and the same in the evening. Out of the three days i was there i only managed to land one boot king about 20 lbs. I hooked up with two steelhead but failed to land either of them. I did manage to get one close enough to see it and it was a nice fish. It was a fair size 7-10lbs im guessing. Not much else going on but that. A lot of fisherman out on the river, about 20 each day. think i was a little to far up a little to early. Will propbably try again there one more time this season. Beautiful area.
