Would be nice to have a 'cab' cam or some sort of alarm to go off on the cell so you can get a little 'beep beep' if your car/truck gets messed with while fishing.
Then just tell the 10 other fishin' buddies on the river that have been broken into that someone is in your car right then and there. See what happens to the guy gettin' caught by a gang of pissed off fishin' people :-) News at 11.
Oh wait, I don't carry my phone while fishing... Ah well.

9/22/2010 1:40:00 PMThis seems like the place to put this comment. i cannot fish the flowing stuff due to really bad knees but have observed from afar. a small suggestion would be to have a group of guys fishing and one of the company providing security watch and then being spelled by another of the group so he can fish. I might discourage the crooks.

9/22/2010 2:43:00 PMSorry to hear it windman, almost makes you wonder if someone is just cruising the parking spots for fishing holes around Snohomish. As I have said in other posts I've started completely emptying my car except for a crappy cooler (open and empty) and what I am taking with me to the water and leaving my glove box open. Hopefully if they see nothing they want, they will leave me alone. It has worked so far (knocking on wood). 9/22/2010 3:59:00 PMI'm taking my kids back to the river this evening and trying my luck. This time I'll just park on the side of the road and keep a close eye in the truck. In fact i'll probably just leave the window open. Hopefully I can post about fish soon!
