using long leaders,11 to 12 foot,a small size 4 hook, and the smallest corkies.i also use just enough lead to skim the bottom.i have caught and landed 9 silvers in the past week in the area round 112 bridge.i have also hooked and realeased a few kings, some bright.the silvers are goregeous.the key is to fish the rapids or tailouts when the river is at its lowest, aka the last hour of low tide.i havent seen to many others catching fish but i have been doing well.it should only get better.

Right on. Are you getting them in the mouth? Seems like with a 12' leader you would miss a lot of strikes until the corky and weight are way downstream so you could actually feel the fish.

12 foot leader?! How long is your fishing rod, 15 ft? How the heck do you land a fish with a 12' leader?

Nice Ive seen that there is alot of silvers in the river right now. 12ft leaders are easy to toss. The green is open in sections. And landing a fish with a 12ft leader is the same as a 1 ft leader. Reel it in while wearing it out. Scoop your net in and its over.

The green river dentist lol. Right on man you have had 1 hell of a week. Those fish in that area, never bite. Good to see someone has it dialed in, will try. Thats a real snaggy area, you lose a lot of set ups?
