Tried fishing at the 112th st location for 2 hours. I was using 2 inch pink hoochies. Had 2 on, but they came lose before I got them to shore. Still chrome jumpers around there. Didn't see anybody else catch one.

I had an egg sinker on the main line to a snap swivel. Than a foot long leader to the hoochie. I put 3 beads between the hoochie and the hook. Did I use the correct set up for casting hoochies?

i dont ever use those but the ways i see them used is where the hoochie is on a jig head so you have more of a natural movement to your rig

Returnofthefish,
Check out my September 6th report for the Snohomish river. I posted a picture of a hootchie setup w/jig and how I have had success fishing it in the report.

Thanks Gringo, I saw the picture and it looks clever. I tried to put the hoochy on the main line before I tied the jig on and it look wierd. The tentacles wouldn't cover the whole jig head. It was a 1/8 oz jig head. I had a pack of three and I am down to one. Glad I got good advice on how to use them. Thanks everyone.
