Pinks on the Skagit in Mount Vernon seem to like the florescent orange spin and glow with reflective wings. Use a sliding weight set up with a 18-24" length of line on it. Hook up a 24-36" leader with your spin and glow and a couple of beads under it. 1/0 size hook seems to work great. I get my limit within a couple hours every time I go out. Fresh sand shrimp threaded from tail to head on the hook with that spin and glow makes for a nice and gaudy clump those pinks seem to like. Hope this helps a little.
