Fished the Sno yesterday with a friend. Got to the river around 5:45am and started as soon as we could see. Quite a few guys there already but turned out to be a fantastic day. Have never done the combat fishing thing but it actually was quite fun as the young guys next to me were having quite a bit of fun. Started with the pink squid jig and hooked into at least 8 and kept a couple of them. Around 10ish it started to slow down and guys started leaving, so I switched to a dick nite and wow. First cast nothing, and then the next 3 casts 3 fish, lost 2. Another 2 casts and nothing, then the next 2 casts 2 more fish. I finally kept another 2. As we were leaving a couple guys decided they didn't want their 2 fish so we took them. Big mistake, as we were leaving out the Ranger got us for taking the other 2. You can accept other peoples fish but you have to get some sort of statement from them.....Well, lesson learned.......Will have to pay a fine and go on with my fishing days.....Overall, had to of hooked into at least 30 fish myself.....Had a great time............
