Headed out to the river today because it was a close drive. Fished across from the powerplant from near upriver dam. started with worm + mallow with no luck, so switched to a roosertail and caught one withing 10 minutes. It was about 13 inches and had amazing color. The cheek was bright red. Fish bit about 10 feet from shore. The water is moving at a pretty decent pace, but it is really high. Good luck out there.

Tight Lines!!

no... about a half a mile downstream, (west), from upriver dam. It is selective gear rules upriver, (east), from the dam to the border, and from Monroe street bridge, downstream, (west), to plese flats, is all selective gear rules. any other part of the river is open to normal gear fishing. Selective gear rules is no bait, and single, barbless hooks.
