i feel for ya i am 17 and adults always think because we are kids we cant fish but i always catch fish and the adults a ways get pissed and take my spot

ya i feel for ya to i get kicked out of my spots all the time just cause im 14 don't mean i don't know how to fish. and the guy that was snagging needs to get a life and actually try and caught em. it isnt no fun catchin or watchin people snag. it doesnt even make them a real fisherman i cant wait to become a fish n game agent when i grow up i will caught all of those snaggers on the green carbon and puyallup

dude i know i hate how people just try and bully their way in. Last year on the Snoho my buddy was fixing his little brothers rod and this guy just jumped right in his spot. And when he tried to explain that he wasnt done fishing he guy just said so what its mine now so i threw him in the river. He left after that but i hate people that have no manners when fishing in close w each other i have a short temper for that. Just keep on fishing dont let anyone tell you what to do! Unless your breaking the law then you should listen.

thanks mikel and bigbowkes yeah the dude was snagging the heck out of them and then wen he had a fish on he went and stand right infront of me tryin to pull it in wen its snagged in the tail...the dude should kno better just to break it off or at least go down stream for other people can fish and also there should be me game and fishin down at the river checking everybody because these guys were just makin mess at the bank with there food and extra line sitting everywhere...if nobody knows the carbon river closes this weekend so if you want to hit it up you better do it alot of dogs but anybody can be the lucky one to get those silvers i know thats still in the river..good luck to everyone have a safe thanksgiving im going to the cowlitz this saturday if you see a asian kid wit a wading jacket and a black gloomis hat thats me say wassup i would liike to meet some of you guys tight linesss

ahaha THE QUAN you are right i went there i think 2 weeks ago wit 2 of my closes friends we had a blast fishing we were fishing the down from the bridge and theres some chromers in there..after that we went to see the top part of the creek damnn i never seen so many people fishing in a small little area i swear there was at least 100 people min. up there and when i talk to this guy up there watching he told me there were a couple of guys passing the rope and just snagging all the chum and got arrested and also there was a guy video taping some people keeping snagged fish...most of the people out there had big tubbs to keep there fish in and most of them didnt speak english.... also the guy who i was talking to told me if the things like that keeps going on that creek its going to get closed down.. its a good place to go fishing when you know how to fish and combat fish..

hey quan im hitting the cowlitz or Bogachiel river this weekend any things happening at blue creek?

i am 17 and the idiots that think we can not fish are dumb most of them are snagers. if u can not get a fish with out snagging u are not a fishermen. i fish almost ever day i can and know what i am doing. i had to quit salmon fishing because of the idiots. i will wait for a week and take my driftboat for steelhead. the bogey is packed my friend is a guide and went yesterday and got one steely. also some steelhead showing up in the cowlitz.

that really makes me mad, i am only 14 and i try to fly fish and people think that they can just push me out of the way, but i have a real attitude problem so they are surprised when a 14 year old kid is screaming at them

That's bull no kid should ever have to put up with that kind of crap. I don't care want color or race you are, I mean never at that age or any age.

You seem like a pretty cool kid. I just read your report for the first time, look kid don't let any one push you around like that. When I get back from my trip I'll be going on down to Mexico. I'll have to hook you up with some of my friends and I, we don't take likely to that kind of crap. You got friends out here kid. I'm going to be writing some of the best of the guys I know that will not put up with crap like that, like My friends SalmonRipper, The RiverGod, Bonebreaker, Redneck Kings and more. Trust me these are some of the hardest core guys you'll ever meet and you'll won't ever have problems like that again.
