I woke up late, it was sunny, and I didn’t have to baby-sit one of my grandchildren until later in the day, so I went fishing!
I tried a spot on the Puyallup river that I hadn’t been to before. It looked good and as I made my way to the bank I saw a fish (light colored) rise at the opposite bank. There were already several people there so I went toward the tail out. Then I worked my up stream as guys left. I had a couple bumps and a guy at the head had a fight but I didn’t see if he got to bring it in. I was talking to an older man as I was leaving and a dark fish jumped at the opposite bank. Therefore, there were fish there. It was a nice day but cold. Water visibility was about 12 inches. I fished about 2 hours 11am – 1:30.
