Was going to do the Olympic derby but after the 1 fish limit came about for area 6 decided to just go up to sekiu to have a good time. Stayed at olsons and moored the boat, they have the C dock in nice and protected. Fished Saturday through monday morning. We did pretty good for the conditions, it was nice and then crappy and downright windy a couple of times. Hooked up lots of shakers and natives but managed 1 keeper a day biggest was 8 lbs. Had a good time overall but no way i would do it without having an enclosure on the boat and a buddy heater. Best luck was running green protroll flashers and green glow coho killers or green splatter back ace high flies at 100 on the wire in 140 water depth by the caves. Not busy at all we were the only guys camped at olsons all weekend. Good time.

I've been thinking about a trip to CQ this Spring. Maybe in late March or so. I'm watching the fishchecker reports.
