Launched out of Mukilteo (WOW...no docks, that was a huge challenge!) and trolled south past the Shipwreck with lots of fish on the fish finder, but nothing biting our hoochies. We got a half dozen large shakers on a kingfisher spoon, but switched that out for the hoochie because the shakers were getting old. A few seals were around with one chomping a large coho. We ended up darting over to Possession Point area where it was covered in birds everywhere and huge pools of fish (baitfish?) We again started pulling in large shakers/jacks, but nothing exciting. We finally called it a morning with one small silver hatchery in the boat, barely big enough for a two person meal. Ended with the struggled getting the boat on the trailer. Looks like Everett is our home launch pad for the rest of the year. BTW, we did not see any of the 20+ boats using a net all morning.

2 rods and we had good luck on Tuesday, 7 fish, tossed back three 4 pounders and kept 4 that were 6-7 pounds which are nice fish this year. Fished around Mulk and done by 10:30. Tried again on Thursday from Mulk to the Wreck and got one 4 pounder. I kept my boat at the Everett Marina this year. Paid up until the end of the month but I took it out yesterday. Looks like its done this year.
