This report is for yesterday and today. I fished at West Point both days. Yesterday I launched at 5am dropped a couple crab pots and started trolling by the lighthouse going north after 30 mins fish on! Was hoping it was a king or silver since I using kingfisher spoons and nothing pink. Ended up getting a humpy. I was still happy I got to catch a keeper after the last few times of catching nothing but shakers. No more bites for a few hrs until we hooked into another humpy. Decided to call it quits after that cause the water was too choppy to be trolling. My girl wanted some flounders so fished for a little before pulling the pots. Got back to the launch and talked to the fish counter guy and he said only 12 pinks, 12 chinooks and 14 cohos were caught so far so I guess I didnt do too bad. Today I didn't fish until 10:30 and wasn't expecting to catch anything. Ended up with one humpy after a couple of hrs if fishing. Water was choppy today too but not as bad as yesterday. All fish was caught 60' down on green kingfisher spoons. Good luck out there and be safe!
