Kinda bored at home, and I figured I'd waste some time fishing. I didn't plan on catching much with this scorching heat, but decided to try nonetheless. I'm glad I came. I arrived at 12:00.
I started out by moving the stopper (I use dental floss) on my slip bobber up to about 20-23 feet. I put a worm and a small gob of rainbow powerbait on a size 10 red gama, and tossed it out. Within 10 minutes I had my first fish of the day, a nice, bright, 11 inch kokanee.
My limit came to me by 2-2:30, and home I went, with four three kokes and a bow. I had released a small 4-6 inch bow. For anyone else who comes here, I suggest slip bobbers. I've given out at least 10-15 of them in the last year to people who want to know how the heck I'm reeling these things in.
Good luck to all!
