My buddy and I fished CQ last week on Thurs, Fri and Sat in my Seahawk. Fished 32oz, salmon bellys with a glo hootchie, 300-400 feet and backtrolled with the kicker. We got three Hallies, all around 15-16 pounds. That seemed the ave size, saw some really small ones not much bigger than dinner plates. Largest I saw was high 30's, we heard of a 78 and a 105. CQ is open for Hallies for awhile yet. If you go there try and pick a period with low amounts of tide change like last weekend. I was surprised at the number of people, the place was packed. Got real wet a few times.
