Fished Spanaway today 11:00 - 3:00. Trolled wedding bands with worms all over the lake, nothing. Still fished with worms and powerbait, nothing. I've got a new bottomline fishfinder with GPS and it told me where the fish were (south end of the lake) but most were small and none were biting. Talked to a few fisherman on the lake, nothing. My next-door neighbor, whom is in his eighties and has been fishing Spanaway for quite a while took his boat out today, and nothing. I don't know what the deal is but I would wait awhile before going back to this lake. Only saw 2 or 3 cormorants so I don't think they have to much to do with it considering I was at Kapowsin last week and saw 200 to 300 cormorants.
