Went out of Shilshole to see if I could get some fresh fish to take East on the weekend. Dropped the pots, then started trolling in the deep water just west of Meadows Pt. Lost one silver within minutes and got a 4 pound hatchery silver in the boat about 15 minutes later. Got it at 50 feet with a green Hot Spot and a Grand Slam Bucktail in green.

Saw lots of boats over by Jeff Head, so I ran over there (note to self - not a good idea to leave biting fish). There was lots of bait over there, but I didn't see any fish caught and didn't get any bites fishing near the rips and gunk lines.

Trolled across the middle heading east. When I got a mile or so from the east side, I got another hit and another 4 pound hatchery fish hit the boat! Also picked up 4 nice crabs! Good eats this weekend!
