Started out at 6:30 am from Mukilteo. Picked up the first fish at 7:00 on a Hotspot and Coyote at 40' and lost it at the boat. The next fish hit five minutes later on the same spoon, got that one in, it was a nice hen about 6-7lbs. My fishing partner caught the next fish, a 7lb buck at the same depth with a Coho Killer. We were fishing the middle well away from the other boats. That was it for the bite , so we headed to the west side of Possession off the green can, nothing but dogfish. On to Double Bluff, not a thing, lots of bait but no fish. At the dock talked to other fishermen who said a second bite came on about 10:30. Friday I will probably stay put and fish the channel all morning. Still a great day on the water, with salmon for dinner tonight.
