Two of us arrived and were on the water at 0730. Fished south of the Ferry, approximate 1/2 mile and further on the Everett side. Limited by 1000, all pinks. All about the same size 5 to 6 pounds Fished from 30 to 35 feet - although others were fishing down to 60. Since we were catching fish regularly stayed shallow.
Used a pink mini hootchie with a full sized pearlescent hot-spot flasher - with about 30" of leader and troll speed approx 2.4 mph. I would suggest using a double-hook set up - most of the fish were caught on the trailing hook.
Good luck..... lots of fish out there!! If in doubt of the location just go where the majority of the boats are!
