Made three trips this week. Monday put 8 fish to the boat and released 8 more in very littl time. Tuesday a weather fron came in and that put the fish off the bite with only 5 fish to the boat and a sea sick fishing partner. Friday was gang busters with 16 fish to the boat and 16 fish either lost or released and off the water by 9:15, what a day. I have said before, stay away from the other boats, the only people who fish around me are those who have attended my classes and we are having a ball out in the middle while the other boats bump into each other. I am now smoking 24 pink fillets and from now on will target only coho.
Good luck and keep you lines tight-do not force these fish and mark them on your card as soon as you catch them (I promised fisheries cops I would say this).
