10/28/2016 7:58:00 PMI fished beaver with my kid on Monday, we had 3 lines in, tried powerball eggs, worms, etc. and nothing for 2 hours. Saw one jump, and the other 10 people there didn't do much better. Saw one landed from the point and that was about it.

10/28/2016 9:33:00 PMThe fish are in shallow water and near the bottom. Try using a shorter lead. I tried different size leads until I found the right length that produced results. I fished on 10/23 and was using a 3' lead with chartreuse power eggs.
