Hit the lake at daybreak ran up to Kirkland and saw only one other boat. Finally around 7:30 a few boats showed. Fish were scattered and tight lipped. I got one and saw two others caught. Fish were deeper today got mine at 65 ODB in 75 feet of water. It had really small eggs and was chrome bright, but small an escapee from the nets. Should pick up tomorrow with a steady barometer. Tired of fighting the wind so I'm headed to the Green. Which by the way just opened to Hi-way 18 bridge in Auburn with a 6 fish limit. See WDFW. I wonder if they'll increase the limit on the lake soon. Seems like the bite comes on around 8:00 and goes to about 10 then stops. Anyone else seeing the same pattern? Oh I got mine on a hootchie the other guys got them on plugs.
