Roger and Roger Calvert were nice enough to come out and provide adult supervision for Jeff so he could do some Mack fishing. They worked Jeff Drift's along Colyar Ledge, in the Narrows and along Manson Bay to get their fish. Baiting those Drifts with a piece of Pikeminnow and pulling them along at about 1 mph within 5 feet of the bottom was the ticket. Then, to cap a great day ... Roger ... got a beautiful 21.5", three pound six ounce rainbow at the dock that had stopped by to scavenge Mack entrails. It was a battle royale on light spinning gear.
