My initial plan was to fish Baker Lake but since I was taking my wife and daughter we headed for fish lake that way I can fish lake Wenatchee in the morning. Woke up later then I wanted and launched out of glacier view ramp around 630. A little windy but not to bad around 8 had my first hookup which resulted with a sockeye in the boat. About another hour later got another bite and another fish in the boat. By this time the wind was brutal and taking a toll on me and my small inflatable raft. Decided to troll on my way back but that was it. Fish were a little darker then at baker and running a tad smaller but the meat is still dark red. The setup I used was two red hooks tied really close together size 2, 3beads pink ace hi fly jr, bead and pink smile blade 12in leader to size 0 chrome with scale flash dodger set at 65-70 ft fished the middle of the lake never leaving site of the launch
