Had a pretty good day at Cassidy on Friday. Hit the water about 7:00AM and worked our way North along the West shore. Picked up one small bass and then the wind picked up early making it hard to work slowly along the shoreline. Pulled our gear and motored down to the South end to get out of the worst of the breeze. Caught the usual Cassidy LMB: brought about 10 to the boat and the big fish MAY have been 15".
Wacky rigged Powerbait finesse worm in pink/red with black flakes worked the best for me. I also picked up a few on a wh/chart/blue spinner bait with Colorado blades. Gotta be some lunkers in there somewhere, but we haven't been able to find them yet. All fish CPR'd.
