7/10/2015 9:39:00 PMSame with the skiers, doc. One put me in the water a couple months back. Lost over 400 bucks worth of rods and reels (was in my 13 foot kayak). No recourse whatsoever.

7/10/2015 11:02:00 PMI hear ya doc, I feel like losing my mind out there. I guess that's why my dr said I shouldn't own any guns. No rainbows on that jet ski, but I have been pondering the creation of a sign we used to use on convoys "stay back 200 meters or you will be shot". It may be effective.

7/11/2015 12:24:00 AMI've considered mounting an air soft M249 on my bow to ward off idiot pleasure boaters. This year we have started videoing these idiots when they get within 50-75 yards of the boat. I am fed up with their bs as well as law enforcement not giving two craps when you complain. It always takes bloodshed to change policy/laws. I love getting up at 0330 to get to the lake at 0500 for peace and quiet only to have wake boarders on the water by 0540 like today and the last 3 times I've been to AmericanAmerican these past few weeks.

Its a shame when good folk like us, have to speak like we would not have had to say, 7 years ago. i think a call or five to the lakewood gastapo may be in order. tell them to start giveing a few tickets, word will spread, that there are still a few americans, on american lake, out fishing!

I like the "no spotter, start out in a cove, at 45* to shore- pics. incl. for your enjoyment,; harass the wildlife, Army with no PFD, 5 Army rental kayaks w. no PFD, Army jet ski on Little Amer. -overloaded and over 5 mph, give 'em rules and more rules but wait for a fatality on water safety- beside the 30min. safety film.
