The weather couldn't have been better when we hit the lake at 8:00 AM. Had 4 planters hit in the first 2 hours and they were released to grow bigger. Couldn't get any of the steely's to hit all of the usual rigs so I started experimenting again and finally hooked a steely. Nice fish at 19". Went for a long time with out a strike so we started heading in around 2:00 PM and I we hooked our second steely. This one was fatter and just as long as the first and I had left the camera at home today. Still got a pic of them in the cooler on the boat step. The Coleman 34 is 19"long and 11" wide so you can see if I can download the pics they are getting big. By the way we caught both of these on Macks Sockeye lures with a pink hoochie with a worm on the trailer hook. Keep your hooks sharp & your lines tight.
Landshark Out.
