Jeff took Yakima writer Rob Phillips and Nick Laughlin out for some Kokanee fishing. They generated a bunch of fish on but the fish were lucky and only seven ended up in the box. Mack's Lure's mini-Cha Cha Squid rigs with their double "D" Dodger in front by about 15" turned the trick. They were baited with Pautzke's Fire Corn. They worked depths of 70' to 140' over a 1000' bottom was where they found them. Trolling within a tenth or two of one mile per hour triggered the fish.
