Nice fish an way to stand up for boating rights as a fisherman, when the heat comes on the pleasure boaters don't seem to get it ! Been there ,share your pain, I know iv'e said my peace to more than a few Braindeads, putting it nicely. They don't have much to say at the boat launch !!

Well he cut me off once when he crossed the lake almost into me, I had to move to the right a bit to allow him room,. then he cut in front of me and I would have run over the tube if I hadn't moved further to the right, both time within a 30 second time frame. So I ran ahead of him, stopped in front of him and told him off. He said that I wasn't even underway, he's a total fool. Then he let his boat drift into my boat while my motor was still in gear and moving forwards away from him at an angle. We both had to push on the boats so they wouldn't touch. I went over to the Police dock but nobody was there.

Been doing most of my fishing on electric only lakes because of these problems. Boaters education class, what a joke. Your time out was productive it looks like. See you out there :)

That's 2 more times I've ever had problems with other boaters. ONCE before on Tapps some idiot cut across from the left when I had the right away. Of course I stopped so there wouldn't be an accident. And the cops were a short distance away and did nothing. This year I've had THREE boats be stupid. One a small Livingston decided to move behind my trailer as I backed off the beach to put the boat on the trailer, so I told him that THAT just might piss off a person, firmly but not pissy. He looked down and wouldn't look at me. Another IDIOT!!!! was idling across just out from the launch from my right giving him the right away. Some river type aluminum boat. Then when he was in front of me he turned the bow DIRECTLY AT ME bow to bow! So I honked my horn 5 times per emergency signal, then I laid on the horn. The 2 people finaly looked up over the clouded windshield and turned the boat away from me. He had turned the boat without even looking. STUPID STUPID PEOPLE this year. But I caught 12 more fish today, but nothing over 10", crankbait and senko.

we had a couple of gals, drunk i think, with their ski boat, seeing just how close they could get to us, and how big of splash they could hit us with. laughing, the whole time. and they did it like six or seven times, laughing each time. it was getting dangerous, as the last time, she got within six ft , going like 40 mph. all i could think of, was if my boat was going to float, after they hit me. they thought it was just grand, tho. this was on clear. im sure they would have been made to look like the victims, if they hurt someone. no respect at all. now, i often bring one of my concealed toys with me. you never know. crazys out there.
