Well going to the Bar early in the morning can be tough on your liver ... except on Chelan! The Gledhill and Fitz group came out and brought the boys for a morning of Mack fishing with Jeff. They had a great time and got a 17.2 # Mack in the mix. Silver Horde's Needlefish Squiddy's with a Mack's Lures smile blade scented with Pautzke's Krill Juice worked best. Bait the front of a tandem hook set up with a piece of Northern Pikeminnow. Troll close to the bottom along "The Bar" in depths from the 120's to the 150's at 1.2mph. This is such a beautiful time to be out in the early mornings on Chelan! Mom and 3 year old sister Emma came down to the dock to see all the fish in time for Jeff to hand off a beautiful 17" rainbow for Emma to catch. What a thrill!
