Well, I got out to hit the I82 ponds today with my walakes buddy Jason Sappenfield aka: Tanner212 and took advantage of the crappie moving up shallower to stage for the spawn. The action was fast for a bit as we hit some slabs to 11.5" throwing our custom jigs and Berkley minnows for pretty aggressive fish. We had a number of good sized yellow perch in the mix as the panfish success is looking to be on the up and up for the rest of the spring as water temps warm up. Good luck brothers and fee free to contact me about my custom made crappie jigs. Tight lines Jiggy

Nice catch. I love that rod. I have caught boat loads of fish with it. I do get a new one each year, but for $17 bucks you can do that.
