Hey gang,

I went fishing with my buddy Sunday morning before the Seahawks heart stopping game. We arrive at the lake near the Wallingford cross street and Chocolati Coffee Shop at about 7:15am with lines in the water at 7:30. Didn't realize how bright it was outside since daylight savings happened that night/morning.

Anyhow, we were out until about 11 with only 1-2 bites each and a hookup that was lost at shore. Just before calling it quits a nice fat 17-18" rainbow swallowed my Pink Power Eggs and wasnt letting go this time.

Landed him, packed up, walked home and had cooked up some fresh fish. Great to just get out on the water and relax even without much action. Overall, 1 big guy landed and a few morning beers later, it was game time! Go HAWKS!

Also met a regular out there by the name of Robert, want to give a quick shout out to him- real nice guy.

Looking to go again later on this week, but it is starting to get chilly; let's just hope the fish still bite.
