My friend and I went out fishing on our neighbors dock because they had told us they had seen some fish off it. About 10-15 minutes in I hooked a fish. When we got the hook out we couldn't decide whether it was a sucker fish or a small Kokane Salmon. About 15 minutes later my friend hooked a fish, when we brought it into his beach house for light (it was dark by now) we realized it was a catfish! I have lived on lake sammamish for the last 8 years and have never seen a catfish. We headed in after that because it was dark but a good half hour of fishing.

looks like maybe a lake whitefish.Mouth doesn't look right to be a sucker.Nothing better than fresh fried catfish.

I do believe that what you have there is a Northern Pike Minnow, a.k.a. Squawfish. Nice Brown Bullhead, a.k.a. Catfish! Good fishing!
