I got to Log Boom Park at around 7:30 and left by 10:30. I targeted different kinds of fish and it was extremely slow.

Perch:
I tried the worms under a float everywhere and not a single bite. Strange.

Carp:
I put some corn and some carp bait and no sign of any carp.2 weeks ago I saw several big carps rising but now it was quiet.

Trout:
I thought there may be some leftover planters from last weeks kids event but no takes on the power eggs.

Bass:
I tried a crankbait in various places and got no bass. On the first cast however I hooked into a nice trout (1-2 lb). It hit the crankbait as soon as it entered the water and fought beautifully. I got it near the dock and when I was thinking how to raise it to the dock without a net it unhooked itself :(

Kind of disappointing day.
