Got out on the lake early at around 5:30 a.m. The lake was calm when we got there but soon the winds came and made it hard to cast away from the boat. From about 5:50 a.m. we trolled from the launch out to the back of the lake and got about two hits but no fish. We anchored in the back of the lake where we usually do good but only got 2 good sized 11"-12" rainbows. We bobbed for about two hours and fished right through "The Bite." If you anchor out in the back of the lake at around 8:30 a.m. till 9:00 a.m.. good sized rainbows start to bite then they move on at around 9:30 a.m. After we caught the two rainbows we trolled till about 3:00 p.m. and only got five more.
