Sounds like you use a lot of different tackle just a couple things I have found is the Kokanee special Apex is probably the best trout lure out there, for American and I also really like the needlefish in perch pattern. What person is not always looking for a reason to go get some more tackle right?
So I know we have been having a lot of discusion about the cutts and I think I know why. When you look up a cut on the internet it shows a prominant red line that you can see while holding the fish sideways under the jaw , you dont have to turn the fish upside down to see any redish color under the fish. So if that is a cutt then I am sure they are out there.
Sometime this month I will pull one of the fish we are raising out of the net and look under it to see if it has color under its jaw. If it has red markings underneath than that is what the state is planting.

I have a red and white 16ft flat bottom smoker craft center console please do stop by and say hi ! I have good luck with the flat fish or just a plan old wedding ring with half a chunck of worm . we had a double on the north side of island the wind was whipping threw the lake but seemed like all the hits came from the edges of the island speed was around 1.2-1.5 mph gps.

There is a good amount of cutt's in American. I caught a number of them last year myself.
