On the lake around 8:30, trolled east from the ramp and on the very first pass snag on something in 50ft of water trolling at 35ft. This pissed me off, was fishing two rods on downriggers so had to get everything up and try to back out of the snag, ended up losing a home made wedding ring, not the end of the world. Figured it was a bad omen so went and anchored up in 30ft of water near the bend in the lake to try for perch. Put one rod down while baiting my 2nd rod (2 pole endorsement) and couldn't get the 2nd rod baited before I had a bite on the first. Hook the fish and after a good fight reel up a nice fat 12 inch rainbow. Get the first rod back down and go to bait the second and can't before the first starts boucning again, up comes a nice perch.
After a few more perch I noticed a take down and hook up acted strange, the fish ran hard and peeled out line. Much to my surprise I land a nice 12" koke fishing a worm off the bottom, that was a first. So landed a nice bow, a nice kok and 16 nice perch fishing a worm off the bottom. Fun fishing with ultra light gear!

Good times. Looks like 2 rainbows to me though.

You're right, I attached the wrong photo, those two bows were from American.

Sweet deal, I would consider it a good trade-off losing your homemade wedding ring for this!!
