Went out for smallies and largies, caught a bunch of small SMB's no LMB's today, buddy in another boat we were fishing with caught a 5lb. Largie. Decent quantity today, but no size. Lost 3 fish that would have been over 3lbs. and one that was probably pushing 5lbs. Highlight of the day was catching this crappie on one of our homemade plastic worms on a 4/0 hook. Measured just over 15" and would have been pushing 2.5lbs had it not spawned out already. Biggest one I've ever seen while fishing.

Usually fish all over the lake. We target lay downs, and brush piles, and any structure we can find. If we are fishing for largies, we fish around sportsmans, or the flew, or anywhere we see pads, shallows, and high water temps. Haven't pulled much from willow, its pretty paddy, but also has a decent amount of traffic. try fishing along the shorelines where there are trees down in the water. We usually get on the smallies there. Also where there are stumps in the water.
