Put in about 2:30 pm. Counted 9 other boats, and 4 people on shore. Watched 10+ people come and go, very crowded for a Wednesday. Lots of fish jumping, and some skipping along as if being chased, mostly 8-12" fish coming out of the water. Worked a bead-head olive woolly-bugger, and got a hit almost immediately, (in fact too soon, I lost the fish while digging out my net,) about a 12" rainbow. Action was fairly slow, but did see a few fish caught. I was there about 3 hours, had 1 take-and-leave strike, and landed 1 14" rainbow, all with same woolly-bugger. Talked to one guy who had several strikes on dry flies, don't know what pattern. Not a bad day, just too crowded. Also, today reminded me of rule #1, PLEASE TAKE YOUR TRASH HOME. Good luck everybody!
