6/25/2012 9:09:00 AMI was using a drop shot around Union for hours. As great as a set up it is, I have never caught a bass on a drop shot. I'll keep trying it though, thanks guys.

@123: Yes sir! My first smallie of the season was caught right by Ivars on the drop shot.
@Swayner: I appreciate the encouragement. What line are you using when you're drop shotting? If you haven't already, dropping down to 6# test mono, or better yet, FC (Invizx or Cabela's house brand), can help.

6/26/2012 11:11:00 PMI've experimented with 6# mono and fluoro at the same time. Fluoro consistently beat it out on Lake Union.
