The Izatt's came over the hill from Aberdeen for the older boys football camp. They brought 13 year old Tyler out to fish. We pounded the Bar early for a big fish (14lb 8oz) then faded into the trench later in the trip. T4 flatfish in Luminous Chartreuse and Purple glow on the outrigger rods worked best on the Bar. Ace Hi flies in Green Splatterback baited with a strip of Northern Pikeminnow worked best in the trench. Speeds of 1.2 to 1.5 mph generated the bites.
